Shape the Future of the Renewable Energy Transition

The energy crisis is the biggest infrastructure buildout in human history. Modo Energy is the data platform at the centre of it.

We build the benchmarking, forecasting, and valuation tools that the world's most serious energy investors, developers, battery operators, energy traders, major oil & gas companies and government organisations depend on to make crucial decisions. If a battery gets financed, built, or traded anywhere in the world, there's a good chance Modo data was in the room.

Founded in 2019, we're 100+ people across London, New York, Sydney, and Madrid; $30M Series B, AI-native, and moving fast.

If you're someone who enjoys owning customer relationships, influencing decision-makers, navigating commercial discussions and delivering strong retention results, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Account Manager with a start-up mindset and a SaaS background to manage a portfolio of approximately 30-40 client accounts.

Your primary objective will be to retain accounts and grow revenue by becoming deeply embedded within your clients' organisations. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Product and Energy Analyst teams to help customers maximise value from the platform while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand relationships.

Success in this role comes from building trust, understanding client objectives, proactively managing risk and confidently leading renewal discussions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
