Account Manager | Retail Marketing and Project Management | Contract | Watford (Hybrid) | Outside IR35
We're working with a well known global retail brand to find an Account Manager to join their in-house creative and marketing team on an initial 4 month contract.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role sitting within a busy Activation team, covering everything from e-commerce and marketing through to loyalty programmes and social media projects. You'll be the day to day link between the client and internal delivery teams, managing projects from brief through to final delivery, so no two days look the same.
What you'll be doing
- Managing client relationships day to day, from briefs through to presenting and delivering creative work
- Running status reports, client meetings and contact reports
- Coordinating between internal teams (print, broadcast, digital) and external agencies
- Managing timelines, workflows and quality control across multiple projects at once
- Getting stuck into the detail, chasing assets, keeping things moving and making sure nothing slips

What we're looking for
- A genuinely broad digital background, comfortable across e-commerce and social rather than a single channel specialist
- Agency side experience, ideally with exposure to creative adaptation briefs
- Used to a fast paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, and happy being hands-on with the day to day rather than sitting above it
- PPC exposure is a nice to have, not essential
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable managing a client conversation and chasing an internal deadline in the same afternoon

Details
- Hybrid: 2 days a week in Watford, 3 days from home
- Initial 4 month contract, outside IR35
- Start date: ASAP
