Acorn Intelligence is a company within The Brandtech Group that uses technology and data to optimize content and media buying for consumer brands. Founded by ex-Amazon employees, Acorn-i provides expertise in eCommerce to maximize brand exposure and gain insights into consumer behavior to enhance marketing efforts and increase operational performance. Our leading eCommerce platform, Ignite, is purpose-built for brands to integrate owned and 3P retail domains with media channels to surface powerful data sets via a single login.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Account Manager - Retail Media. The role will be responsible for managing client paid media campaigns on retail media channels notably Amazon, as well as using other display, social, and search platforms to drive marketplace consumer sales. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of consumer brand clients, understanding and setting goals and objectives, and applying deep channel expertise to deliver the best outcome.

Role Deliverables

  • Act as the trusted expert for your clients’ business when it comes to retail media solutions.
  • Develop and oversee campaign strategies to drive shopper consideration and purchase for client products according to agreed goals.
  • Coordinate promotions and paid media campaigns to deliver the most effective mix of advertising and shopper marketing solutions.
  • Be the retail media expert able to advise on the best solution for a client’s business and be responsible for full implementation and management of campaigns.
  • Develop and enhance playbooks via continuous test and learn initiatives.
  • Report to clients as to paid marketing campaigns performance and ongoing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new beta releases and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically in developing marketing campaigns.
  • Client service skills and experience in client-facing interactions.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing technologies and platforms.
  • An understanding of Amazon Sponsored Ads and/or strong understanding of PPC.
  • Amazon DSP experience or knowledge of programmatic trading strategies and tactics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
