Account Manager
Location: Bristol
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Overview
Our client is an established UK mobility services organisation seeking an Account Manager to manage a defined portfolio of dealer groups and individual sites. The role will focus on structured, data-led performance management, helping to maintain agreed standards, identify emerging risks and support timely intervention where required. Working primarily through digital engagement, the successful candidate will build effective relationships with dealer leadership and site-level stakeholders while contributing to wider operational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of dealer groups and sites through structured, data-led performance management.
- Monitor performance against agreed key performance indicators and service standards.
- Identify emerging risks and initiate early, structured intervention where required.
- Maintain regular digital contact with dealer leadership and site-level stakeholders.
- Build productive relationships across the assigned dealer network.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support the efficient triage of inbound queries.
- Track agreed actions and ensure structured follow-up through to completion.
- Support escalation activity where performance falls below required standards.
- Ensure interventions are timely, proportionate and aligned with business priorities.
- Drive focused engagement across the portfolio to support wider operational objectives.
