Role Description
The Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Soho, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. In this position, the Account Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, develop and execute PR campaigns, and coordinate content creation across channels. Responsibilities include:

The role also involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent, effective, and engaging PR outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account management within PR, communications, or marketing, including handling multiple client projects and deadlines.
- Strong skills in media relations, press release development, and campaign execution, with the ability to secure coverage and build long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and aspirational content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Comfort with planning and analyzing campaigns, using digital tools and metrics to track performance and inform recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creatives, journalists, and cross-functional teams, fostering a positive, inclusive, and solutions-focused working environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Previous experience in a PR agency or similar environment is highly beneficial; familiarity with the London media landscape and Soho-based clients is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
