We’re working with a specialist data and technology agency to find an Account Manager who enjoys both client relationships and hands-on delivery. This is not a traditional account role focused mainly on relationship management and upselling. You’ll own day-to-day client relationships while also managing projects, coordinating technical and analytical teams, tracking budgets and keeping delivery on track.

What you’ll be doing

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage multiple client relationships and become a key point of contact across a varied portfolio. Projects can include CRM and platform work, data and insight projects, technology implementations, ongoing retainers and smaller consultancy projects.

  • Turn client requirements into clear briefs
  • Coordinate internal teams
  • Manage delivery from kick-off through to completion
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies
  • Oversee scope and change control
  • Coordinate specialist teams to make sure work is delivered on time and within agreed parameters

Commercial management is also an important part of the role. You’ll track budgets, resource and forecasting, monitor profitability and identify risks early. Project values can range from around £5k to £200k, with larger projects supported by the Pod Lead. You’ll also identify opportunities and contribute to account growth, without being the primary commercial owner.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
