Role Description

The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of hospitality and catering clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring that they gain maximum value from Lolly’s software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new customers, coordinating product demonstrations, handling queries, and proactively identifying opportunities for product upgrades or additional services. The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to support issue resolution, gather client feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions. The role also involves preparing client reports, monitoring account performance, and supporting business development activities through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Strong client relationship management skills, with experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or software solutions, ideally within hospitality or related sectors.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and basic data reporting to track customer activity and account health.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with sales, support, and product teams.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or retail environments is beneficial.
  • Relevant qualification in business, sales, account management, or a related field is an advantage.
