Futureheads have partnered with a leading programmatic advertising technology business to find an Associate Account Manager to join their Global Account Management team in London. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone early in their digital advertising career who wants to grow their expertise at the forefront of programmatic innovation, working with a global client base across CTV, Web, and Mobile channels.

The business serves over 20,000 global advertisers and 1,000+ agencies monthly, helping them achieve the highest performance levels in quality, suitability, and contextual relevance for their programmatic media investments. This role sits at the heart of that client relationship, supporting international markets and a rapidly expanding customer base.

  • Supporting the Account Management team in daily client operations and programmatic contextual solutions implementation
  • Providing strategic campaign recommendations and optimisation insights to help clients achieve their media objectives
  • Assisting with RFPs, campaign management, and contextual strategy development
  • Managing client UI onboarding processes end to end
  • Maintaining business and customer success tracking systems
  • Monitoring industry trends and conducting research to support client needs
  • Identifying growth opportunities and optimising campaign performance
  • Collaborating on cross-functional projects as needed

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising or advertising technology
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Degree educated or equivalent relevant experience
  • Able to work independently, manage your own time and meet deadlines consistently
  • Experience or strong interest in online advertising, with account management or sales development experience preferred
  • Intellectually curious, with a genuine passion for programmatic advertising and a commitment to continuous learning
  • A collaborative team player who prioritises collective success and brings strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where you can take initiative and make an impact
