Lotus Land Agency is a London-based communications agency specialising in restaurants, hospitality, travel and talent.

For more than 20 years, we have represented an exciting portfolio of leading chefs, restaurants, hotels and hospitality brands across the UK and internationally.

We are a close-knit, ambitious team with a strong reputation for creative thinking, strategic communications and highly personal client service. Our work spans media relations, brand development, launches, events, partnerships and international projects.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and highly organised Account Manager to join our London team on a full-time basis.

Based in Hammersmith, you will manage an exciting portfolio of hospitality, food and travel clients, taking ownership of day-to-day client relationships and helping to develop and deliver standout communications campaigns in the UK and internationally.

You will lead on media outreach, campaign planning, client meetings and reporting, launches, events and partnership opportunities, working closely with Account Directors and the wider team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who is proactive, confident, creative and ready to take ownership of their accounts. There will also be opportunities for international travel as part of the role.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with proven Account Manager-level experience within a PR, communications or related agency environment. This is not an entry-level role.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong media relations experience and a good understanding of the UK media landscape
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts, campaigns and deadlines
  • Confidence managing client relationships and leading day-to-day account activity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • A proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership and using initiative
  • A genuine interest in restaurants, hospitality, food, travel and lifestyle

Previous experience working with hospitality, restaurant, travel or lifestyle clients is highly desirable, as is experience working with international clients.
