Join an established, growing environmental services business. Trade Effluent Services (TES) is a successful family-owned business with over 35 years’ experience delivering specialist environmental services across the UK.
We work with major national and multinational organisations, helping customers solve complex waste and environmental challenges through recycling, recovery and specialist waste management solutions.
As TES continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our Commercial Team.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and developing key customer accounts across the UK
- Identifying and converting new opportunities within our existing client base
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term customer relationships
- Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial agreements
- Taking ownership of sales targets and account growth
- Working closely with our Operations and Finance teams to ensure we deliver what we promise

About you
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven sales and account management experience
- A strong track record of developing customer relationships and growing revenue
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A confident, commercial and results-driven approach
- The ability to identify opportunities and turn them into business
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
