About The Role

Role: Accounts Manager

Location: Durham (DH6 5FQ)

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Salary: £28,000 Per Annum

Are you passionate about exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Restore is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team! We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to help manage a portfolio of accounts, resolving customer queries and identifying opportunities to ensure maximum potential revenue across the Restore PLC portfolio.

Although working on a shared portfolio, you will take ownership and accountability for queries assigned. You will be the first escalation point for customers, helping to manage a large but shared list of accounts in close partnership with the National Account Manager, Service Delivery and Regional Customer Care Teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts and build strong long term relationships
  • Take ownership of customer requests from initial contact through to resolution
  • Ensure contractual service level (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved
  • Conduct regular customer reviews, providing updates and performance reporting, recommending improvements
  • Deal with customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Accurately report key information to line manager
  • Co-ordinate in resolution plans across Restore departments

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in resolving customer queries through effective investigation, ownership and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage queries accurately from initial contact through to resolution.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and support positive outcomes.
  • A customer-focused approach, with experience of supporting account retention and building effective customer relationships.
  • Confidence in maintaining accurate customer and account information within a CRM system.
  • Able to communicate with both internal and external customers (Essential)
  • Able to sit at computers for prolonged periods of time (Essential)
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support business projects when required (Essential)
  • Able to securely handle materials and data in line with safety and confidentiality standards, ensuring no breaches or violations (Essential)
  • Able to effectively use CRM Systems and Microsoft Packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook (Essential)
  • Driving Licence would be beneficial due to the logistics of the site however it is not essential
