Employment Type: Full-time from office in Westminster

We are looking for a proactive and personable Account Manager for the Design industry to build and maintain relationships with interior designers and bring new designers onboard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact interior designers by phone, email, and social media.
  • Introduce designers to FAURA and our showroom offering.
  • Invite designers to visit the showroom, attend events, workshops, and private presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with designers.
  • Regularly follow up with existing contacts and identify new opportunities.
  • Keep the CRM and contact database up to date.
  • Understand designers’ projects, needs, and interests and connect them with relevant brands and products.
  • Work closely with the showroom and marketing team to support events and designer engagement.
  • Follow up after showroom visits and meetings to develop the relationship further.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is confident speaking to people and building relationships over the phone and in person.
  • Has excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Is proactive, organized, and persistent.
  • Is comfortable making calls and starting conversations with new contacts.
  • Has an interest in interior design, furniture, architecture, or luxury brands.
  • Previous sales, account management, hospitality, or showroom experience is an advantage.
