Our client is a science comms and marketing agency that's just moved into brand new offices with room to grow, and they're busier than ever. Being agile, efficient and very good at what they do means they're picking up serious momentum right now, and need an Account Manager who wants to be part of that.
About the Role
Their clients span biotech, medtech, engineering and the wider science and tech world, developing genuine innovation, and it takes a real interest in the subject matter to do it well. Clients are mainly UK based but the work often reaches further afield.

You'll need a science background, sharp writing skills, and the people skills and commercial flair that come with agency life and looking after clients.
You'll manage the day to day running of accounts, from developing communication strategies and coordinating campaigns to producing sharp copy and building out digital and social activity. A strong journalist network and a track record of landing coverage matter as much as being comfortable leading a client call or holding your own at events where you will meet and make contacts. They're looking for someone as commercially minded as they are creative.

Requirements
- 3+ years' agency experience
- A life sciences or science degree
- Interest in variety
