Account Manager

At Copart, we’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager to join our team, covering Glasgow, Edinburgh, and the surrounding areas. If your background is in self-employment and you want to maintain that level of autonomy while enjoying the stability of a regular income, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of automotive customer accounts. Working to set targets, you’ll drive growth by staying in regular contact with clients, conducting performance reviews, and building strong, long-term relationships.

This is a field-based role, with some flexibility to work from home or a Copart Operations Centre. It requires a high level of self-motivation and initiative — ideal for someone who thrives on independence and has a solid understanding of sales and account management.

You’ll have the freedom to plan your schedule and approach, and the opportunity to earn based on your performance. As our customer base grows, so does your potential.

Your earnings opportunity:

  • Basic salary of £27,338 per annum.
  • On top of this, if you hit 100% of your target, you can earn up to £750.00 per calendar month in commission, with the ability to take this up to 150% of your target, which equates to commission earnings up to £1,125.00 per calendar month.
  • This means you could earn up to £37,700.00 per annum.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
