3090 - Paid Search Manager – TikTok for Business (B2B)
Role Summary and Impact
We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to lead performance marketing for TikTok for Business across 24 international markets.
This is a hands-on role focused on driving conversions, pipeline growth, and ROI through best-in-class paid search execution. You'll own campaign performance across a high-spend global account, with significant autonomy to identify opportunities, test new approaches, and scale what works.
Unlike many agency roles, this position has a streamlined stakeholder structure with a single core client contact, allowing greater focus on optimisation, experimentation, and business outcomes rather than excessive reporting and meetings.
You'll also act as the link between the London team and our offshore activation hub in Poland, managing a team of four specialists and ensuring operational excellence across campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Optimisation
- Own paid search performance across 24 markets, with accountability for conversion, pipeline, and ROI targets.
- Drive ongoing optimisation across bidding, audiences, keywords, creative assets, landing pages, and measurement.
- Develop and execute a robust testing roadmap, using data to identify opportunities and improve performance at scale.
- Translate performance insights into clear actions that drive measurable business impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
