Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Digital, CRM & Martech
£40,000–£44,000 + bonus | Hybrid – 2 days a week in South West London
Love client services as well as CRM, martech, data and digital technology?
We’re looking for an experienced AM/SAM who can manage clients confidently, understand complex data and digital projects and act as the bridge between technical teams and commercial stakeholders.
We’re working with an established consultancy / agency specialising in customer experience, data, CRM and technology. The business is performing well, with a strong pipeline of projects and a collaborative Client Services team.

The role
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts across a mix of sectors.
- Work across CRM, martech, customer data, digital platforms, UX/UI, websites, analytics and technology transformation projects.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted day-to-day contact.
- Coordinate internal strategy, data, technical and delivery teams.
- Keep projects on track and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
- Take ownership of budgets, forecasting, reporting and account profitability.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in a digital, CRM, martech, data or technology agency/consultancy.
- A good understanding of CRM platforms, UX/UI, martech, customer data or digital technology.
- Commercially astute, proactive and confident with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Used to working across multiple projects in a fast-paced client services environment.
Salary £40,000–£44,000 + bonus + good benefits + training
