Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Media & Integrated Campaigns

Rickmansworth / Hybrid

£35K–£50K depending on experience

Are you an agency Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a strong understanding of media, digital and campaign performance?

We’re working with an ambitious, independent full-service agency looking to strengthen its Client Services team at both Account Manager and Senior Account Manager level.

These are media-led client services roles. You’ll own client relationships while working closely with specialists across media, performance, strategy, creative, content, analytics and AI.

You won’t necessarily need to be the person physically building campaigns, particularly at Senior Account Manager level, but you will need to understand modern media well enough to interrogate campaign performance, ask the right questions of channel specialists and confidently turn data into recommendations for clients. At Account Manager level, hands-on experience with at least one major advertising platform is particularly useful.

The role:

Depending on your level, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning day-to-day client relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact
  • Leading client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews and planning sessions
  • Managing media and integrated campaigns from brief and strategy through delivery, optimisation and evaluation
  • Working closely with media and performance specialists across paid search, paid social, display, video and programmatic
  • Reviewing campaign performance, budgets, pacing, audiences and KPIs
  • Challenging performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Turning campaign data and reporting into clear, commercially relevant recommendations
  • Coordinating specialists across media, strategy, creative, content, analytics and AI
  • Producing clear briefs and managing timelines, approvals and multiple campaign workstreams
  • Managing campaign and account budgets, scopes, estimates, forecasting and profitability
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships
  • Supporting new business pitches and agency initiatives
  • At Senior Account Manager level, providing strategic counsel to senior client stakeholders and helping develop more junior members of the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

At Account Manager level, we’re particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience using one or more major advertising platforms and who are comfortable getting into the detail of campaign delivery and performance.

At Senior Account Manager level, you’ll ideally have 5+ years’ agency experience, strong senior stakeholder management skills and experience taking greater strategic and commercial ownership of client accounts. You don’t need to build campaigns yourself, but you should understand media well enough to challenge specialists and explain recommendations confidently to clients.

Experience across Higher Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, Professional Services or B2B would be particularly useful.

What’s on offer:

  • £35K–£50K depending on experience
  • Hybrid working
