We're looking for an Account Manager or Senior Consultant to join our Warrington team.
Working within the Driving and Transport sector, you'll be responsible for building and developing client relationships, recruiting drivers and transport staff, growing business opportunities, and delivering the straightforward, responsive service we're known for.
For candidates joining at Senior Consultant level, there will be additional responsibility for driving desk performance, supporting colleagues' development, and assisting with branch operations when required.
Driving and Transport recruitment experience would be ideal, but we're also keen to speak with people who have strong sales, account management, or business development experience and can demonstrate the commercial awareness and drive needed to succeed.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring we understand their requirements and deliver the right recruitment solutions.
- Developing new business opportunities and growing your desk.
- Recruiting and placing LGV/HGV drivers and other transport staff.
- Building strong relationships with candidates and providing a positive recruitment experience.
- Managing vacancies from initial instruction through to successful placement.
- Ensuring all recruitment activity meets compliance requirements and company standards.
- Working towards and exceeding agreed sales and performance targets.
- Keeping up to date with developments within the Driving and Transport sector to provide informed advice to clients.
- Working as part of the on-call rota.
- Supporting trainee and junior colleagues with their development (Senior Account Manager level).
- Supporting the Branch Manager with branch operations and providing cover when required (Senior Account Manager level).

- Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 DOE + uncapped bonus
