VCCP Roar

VCCP Roar is a fully integrated PR and marketing agency, with deep specialisms in consumer, technology, corporate reputation and financial services. The agency brought together three specialist agencies with long heritage in their specialisms: Good Relations (consumer), Harvard (tech) and Teamspirit (financial services) into one fully integrated cross-sector business.

We are disruptors of influence, on a relentless mission to challenge the norm to stay ahead of how influence is earned - and created. We're a 150-person powerhouse and from synthetic audience tools and proprietary AI technology, to thumb-stopping creativity, we are obsessed with being at the forefront of what's next.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and highly organised Account Manager who is articulate, curious, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment across a range of projects in our growing social and influence team. The team works across B2C clients in retail, food and drink, FMCG and travel, and we are pitching and winning new clients all the time!

Our approach is earned-first, and our remit spans social strategy, social content creation, community management and potentially paid social work, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will be working on multiple projects at any given time, and will be responsible for contributing to social strategy, managing content ideation, development and creation alongside our creatives and designers, and overseeing the workflow of our social and influencer clients.

You’ll work alongside colleagues in PR account management to make sure campaigns are joined up and seamlessly delivered. And you’ll also have the opportunity to create, make and produce content, getting out and about filming, so an interest in this part of the role is crucial.

There are many opportunities to get involved in wider work, such as influencer marketing and also be part of the new business programme, including pitching, as well as proposal and strategy development for some of our wider agency clients.

Duties And Responsibilities

Social content

  • Ideate and develop social media content creative, with excellent knowledge of social formats, trends, tone and platforms.
  • Manage content creation process, liaising with external and in-house creators, studio and design teams to create and deliver content to schedule.
  • Share trends, insights and data with clients and the wider agency, to allow clients to capitalise on trends and channel developments.
  • Be capable of capturing lo-fi social on a phone themselves, with good knowledge of basic filming and editing tools
  • Understand how to optimise content for both paid and organic social channels
  • Be a social native, understanding algorithms, social niches and how to authentically create and join social conversations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
