Account Manager

MRI is expanding rapidly and we are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team.

The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving retention and revenue growth, and helping customers maximize the value of their investment in MRI's software solutions. Working with a portfolio of customers across multiple industries, you will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to expand solution adoption and support clients in achieving their business objectives.

This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role within a fast-paced Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in our London, UK Office.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent MRI and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision makers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention and Sales development
  • Recommend appropriate solutions and negotiate acceptable terms with the Client
  • Achieve or exceed all quarterly and annual fiscal targets and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling a range of MRI products
  • Maintain regular contact with Clients using online meetings, telephone calls and Client User Forums
  • Determine the clients on-going requirements to meet their changing business needs
  • Work closely with other stakeholders within MRI such as Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Development and the Implementation teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate sales forecasts within Salesforce

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a related customer-facing role within a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth and retention
  • Experience managing commercial conversations, renewals, upselling, or cross-selling activities
  • Strong consultative and solution-oriented approach to customer engagement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous
  • Knowledge of the Facilities Management, Property Technology, or Real Estate Technology sectors would be beneficial but is not essential
