Role Overview
Location: Remote & field-based (covering South Wales)
Reporting to: Area Director
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum + £15,000 OTE (uncapped) + company car
Primary Area: CF (Cardiff and surrounding areas) and SA (Swansea and surrounding areas)
As an Account Manager, you’ll work directly with estate agency partners face-to-face, building strong, consultative relationships to understand their business needs and challenges. You’ll support them with tailored tools, strategies, and insights to grow their business on Rightmove—maximising return on investment and fostering long-term partnerships.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, driving success through partnerships and innovation while maintaining high standards of fairness, transparency, and trust.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the trusted partner, blending expertise and empathy to drive growth:
- Meet & collaborate: Cultivate relationships with partners through face-to-face interactions, consultations, and shared goal setting.
- Grow accounts strategically: Manage an ambitious portfolio of estate agency accounts (approx. 120 branches), balancing 85–90% established accounts with 5–10% new business development—a field-based approach that prioritises opportunities across your geographic patch.
- Resilience & courage: Handle complex conversations confidently, balancing firmness and fairness to navigate challenges for mutual benefit.
- Lead through insight: Use performance data and market research to highlight areas for growth, tailor solutions, and illustrate Rightmove’s value to partners.
- Drive success with partnerships: Create individualised account plans, deliver engaging presentations, and run targeted reviews that empower partners to reach their strategic goals.
- Solve issues & foster fairness: Turn complex issues into transparent, efficient resolutions rooted in trust and data.
- Collaborate internally: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless account management, accurate billing, and impactful reporting.
- Innovate: Identify bespoke campaigns, new tools, and industry improvements that help Rightmove Partners thrive.

- B2B sales experience: Proven track record in managing accounts, growing revenues, and closing deals face-to-face.
