We are currently retained by a growing hygiene papers and washroom solutions manufacturer based in Europe with multiple manufacturing locations.

We are actively recruiting an Account Manager with responsibility for driving new business development across the southeast UK region with a particular focus on end-user accounts.

The role can be based remotely. You must reside in the southeast UK - preferably in the Greater to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities whilst deepening existing customer relationships.
  • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the Company’s current products and services and new product lines and services as they are introduced.
  • Ability to meet/ exceed sales goals.
  • Obtain all relevant information needed to sell products through various sources and establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to learn and expand knowledge across all product lines.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience.
  • Experience selling into the away-from-home segment and through distribution channels.
  • An ambitious, entrepreneurial, and self-starting mindset.
  • Demonstrated proven record of accomplishment of successfully developing and executing sales and margin growth strategies, with the ability to win new business.
  • History of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers that translated into improved financial success and market share growth.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a sales strategy that will deliver sales revenue.
  • Open to travel across the region.
