Role Description
The Account Manager – Southern UK Territories (Field Based) is a full time remote role responsible for managing and growing customer accounts across the designated region. This role involves regular field visits to existing and prospective customers, presenting the Leo Workwear product range, understanding client needs, and offering tailored high-visibility clothing solutions.

The Account Manager will build strong relationships with distributors and end users, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include:

- Planning territory coverage
- Preparing sales reports
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborating with internal teams such as sales support, marketing, and product development
The role also includes attending industry events or trade shows, delivering product training where required, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with experience managing a sales territory or similar customer portfolio.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and business development abilities, ideally within workwear, PPE, apparel, or related B2B environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features and benefits clearly.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to plan field-based activities and work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and digital communication platforms to manage accounts and reporting.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the Southern UK territories.
- Customer-focused mindset, problem-solving aptitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.
- Previous experience in account management or field sales and a relevant qualification in business, sales, or a related field is beneficial.
