About The Company

We are working with a growing licensed sportswear company offering teamwear, education, retro and professional collections.

They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their Sports Pro team in St Albans.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships and ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will also identify opportunities to grow existing accounts while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Build trusted, long-term customer relationships
  • Manage projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
  • Forecast and track account performance
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Resolve client queries and escalated issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service

  • Previous account management or client services experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and commercial awareness
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Experience in sportswear, apparel or retail is beneficial
  • Candidates must be able to drive
