Account Manager – Strategic Partner
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager – Strategic Partner based in United Kingdom.
This is a strategic client-facing role focused on driving growth, retention, and platform adoption across a portfolio of major European media partners.
You’ll act as a trusted business advisor, helping clients optimize yield and maximize revenue across direct and programmatic channels.
The role combines strategic account management, commercial ownership, data analysis, and industry expertise.
- Develop joint business plans, identify expansion opportunities, and guide clients toward more sophisticated monetization strategies.
- Working across AdTech, digital out-of-home, and retail media environments, you’ll influence high-value commercial decisions.
- The position offers broad European scope, close collaboration with sales and global teams, and significant strategic visibility.
- It’s an ideal opportunity for a consultative account manager who combines commercial ambition with strong technical and analytical capabilities.
Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of supply-side clients, building trusted relationships with media owners and retail media networks.
- Lead data-driven conversations around yield management, holistic revenue growth, inventory optimization, pricing, and monetization strategies.
- Develop and execute joint annual business plans focused on measurable revenue growth and long-term client success.
- Use performance dashboards and market data to identify opportunities, guide proactive yield management, and support strategic recommendations.
- Own commercial activity across renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities, partnering with Sales on larger and more complex expansion initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and expand the use of advertising, programmatic, audience-targeting, and monetization solutions.
- Provide clients with insights into industry trends, market developments, and evolving programmatic and advertising technologies.
- Advise retail media clients on omnichannel integrations, data commercialization, and emerging trade strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes, platform adoption, revenue growth, and retention.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Yield Management, Strategic Consulting, or a similar commercial role within AdTech, digital out-of-home (DOOH), supply-side platforms (SSPs), or retail media networks (RMNs).
- Strong technical and industry knowledge of ad-serving logic, supply-side programmatic trading, yield optimization, inventory management, and digital advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to develop consultative client relationships and transition conversations from operational support to strategic business advisory.
- Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to identify growth opportunities, develop compelling business cases, and manage renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics, reporting tools, and performance dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and accountable for execution and commercial outcomes.
- Fluent English and French, with additional European languages considered an advantage.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, international environment.
