With bespoke marketing tools, targeted campaigns, and data-driven insights, we help our Partners stand out and generate high-quality leads.
Joining our New Homes team means becoming a trusted partner to developers, helping them maximise their exposure, understand their performance, and connect with more buyers. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll have the chance to shape strategies, deliver innovative campaigns, and make a tangible impact on our clients’ success.
What you'll do:

Be the trusted partner
Meet Partners face-to-face, deepen connections through clear stakeholder management and ensure relationships at many levels but particularly at decision making level. -
Grow your portfolio
Manage and develop a portfolio of New Homes accounts, alongside a current priority of new business activity. -
Win new business relentlessly
Proactively identify, prospect and convert new customers across your patch, using a range of outbound activity including cold outreach, networking and targeted account mapping. -
Hunt for growth within your patch
Continuously uncover new revenue opportunities across both new developments and existing partners, driving expansion through upsell, cross-sell and re-engagement of dormant accounts. -
Own the full sales cycle
From prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and close, taking full accountability for building, progressing and converting pipeline. -
Sell with insight and challenge
Lead commercially focused conversations using data, insight and market trends to challenge customer thinking, influence decision-makers and position high-value solutions. -
Drive urgency and outcomes
Maintain strong momentum across opportunities, confidently handling objections and pushing deals forward to close at pace.

Salary range
£40,000—£55,000 GBP
