Account Manager - Supplier Funding
Curated Talent Group are working in partnership with a leading UK Asset Finance provider to recruit an Account Manager for their Supplier Funding division.
You can be based anywhere in the UK for this role as the role is fully remote.
Purpose of the Role
To manage, grow and support a portfolio of supplier partners, helping them offer flexible funding solutions to their customers. The role focuses on building strong supplier relationships, increasing funded volumes, delivering exceptional service and enabling suppliers to convert more sales through tailored asset finance options.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Relationship Management
- Manage and develop a portfolio of supplier partners across multiple sectors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, providing guidance on funding options, processes and customer requirements.
- Support suppliers with live customer opportunities, structuring finance solutions to help them close more sales.
- Deliver regular supplier reviews, performance updates and growth plans.
Sales & Commercial Growth
- Drive funded volume through proactive engagement with suppliers and their sales teams.
- Identify new supplier opportunities and onboard them into the supplier funding programme.
- Promote finance products, digital tools and funding solutions to increase supplier adoption.
- Work closely with suppliers to understand their commercial goals and align funding strategies accordingly.

Operational & Process Management
- Ensure smooth processing of proposals, documentation and payouts for supplier generated deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and supplier activity logs.
- Work collaboratively with underwriting, payouts and customer service teams to ensure fast turnaround and excellent service.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Maintain a strong understanding of asset finance products, supplier funding structures and sector specific requirements.
- Provide suppliers with updates on product changes, rate movements and new funding options.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to support supplier growth strategies.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the wider sales team, regional managers and business development managers to support national supplier coverage.
- Contribute to team meetings, supplier strategy discussions and performance reviews.
- Support wider commercial objectives and represent the supplier‑funding division professionally.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in asset finance, supplier funding, vendor finance, or B2B relationship management.
- Strong relationship building skills with suppliers, partners or commercial clients.
- Ability to structure finance solutions and explain funding options clearly.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and drive growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- CRM proficiency and strong administrative accuracy.

Package on Offer
- Salary of £47,600 with uncapped commission with realistic earnings of £100k in your first year.
- This is a role where there is no restriction on territory or sector.
- Car allowance, PMI, 26 days holidays + bank holiday + fully remote working.
