Midlands Surgical Sales Role
Join a growing medical technology manufacturer
Up to £50k basic, £20k OTE + uncapped commission, premium electric company car
The Role:
As Key Account Manager, you will grow sales across an established NHS territory, promoting advanced surgical technologies including energy devices, imaging systems, smoke evacuation and bronchoscopy solutions. You'll develop existing accounts while identifying new opportunities, working with surgeons, theatre staff, ODPs, theatre managers and procurement teams.

Location:
East & West Midlands. Candidates should ideally live on territory.
Requirements:
- Hospital medical device sales experience
- Clinical or technical sales experience is advantageous
- Commercially driven with strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
Package:
- £45,000-£50,000 basic (higher considered) + £20,000 OTE
- Premium electric company car
- Laptop
- Mobile
- 25 days' holiday + bank holidays
