Job Description: Account Manager - Managed Print & Scan UK
Your mission:
Epson has an exciting opportunity to join our newly created Managed Print & Scan UK sales team as an Account Manager. We're looking for someone with B2B sales experience, ideally within the channel, who can drive growth, build strong partner relationships, and expand our presence across London and the Southeast whilst championing Epson's inkjet solutions.
Joining a friendly team of Account Managers, you'll use your managed print experience and account management skills to uncover opportunities and deliver results.
The role includes some national travel, with the majority of your focus on London and the Southeast, and is based from our modern Watford office.
What you will do:
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Work with the Business Management team to deliver Epson's go-to-market strategy.
- Qualify prospects and create engagement plans to convert opportunities.
- Develop account plans for key customers, including stakeholder mapping, budgets, solutions, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects and opportunities.
- Keep CRM and pipeline records accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across target sectors.
- Support and influence bid and tender opportunities through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with Sales Support, Marketing, and other teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
- Manage and communicate project plans using Epson tools and processes.
- Track performance against targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.

What we ask for:
- Experience in account management or business development.
- Proven success managing and growing large customer accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent planning, forecasting, and organisational skills.
