📢 We are looking for our next ACCOUNT MANAGER to join the COMMERCIAL/SALES Management team in London, UK. You will play a key role in driving sales within both the leisure and corporate segments of the UK & Nordic Countries Industry. You will achieve this by nurturing strong, lasting relationships with our current key clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring their continued success. Equally important, you will actively acquire new connections and identify untapped opportunities to expand our business footprint across the region, directly contributing to keeping millions of people connected to the world.

🚀 There is no routine here—every day brings a new challenge. Among your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage the assigned portfolio of agencies and corporate clients, maximizing market share, generated income, and cost efficiency.
- Actively participate in defining the market strategy for each segment, maintaining close control over target customers and implementing actions for further development and improvement.
- Identify sales opportunities through regular market research while evaluating customer needs.
- Periodically review monthly and annual results to generate or adjust action plans for each market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, congresses, or roadshows to promote LATAM Airlines.
- Provide support in training customers on the company’s products, procedures, and network.

🎯 What do you need to take off in this role?
- A University Degree.
- It is essential that you have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions (Commercial Executive or sales area).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and Google Workspace (desirable).
- Have experience using CRM, ideally Sales Force
- Advanced English and Spanish are required. If you got this far, we’re flying in the same direction!

📍 Where and how will you work?
- Location: London office, hybrid modality with visits to client´s offices and attending trade related events.
- Hours: Monday to Friday.
