Brocar Finance is a specialist automotive finance provider with over 15 years of experience working alongside prestige car dealerships. The company focuses on creating tailored finance solutions, allowing dealerships to concentrate on supplying vehicles while Brocar Finance delivers clear, honest, and efficient funding packages. By partnering with leading lenders, Brocar Finance offers clients competitive finance agreements, greater choice, and flexibility compared with traditional dealership or bank options. The team analyzes the car finance market, compares a selected panel of lenders, and supports customers through every step of the process—from choosing the right funding option to approving the finance and taking delivery of their vehicle.

Role Description

The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Milton Keynes. The individual in this role will manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and dealership partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating applications with lenders

The role also involves building strong relationships with dealership partners, identifying opportunities to improve service offerings, and contributing to the overall customer experience and growth of Brocar Finance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role within financial services or automotive finance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain finance options clearly and build trust with clients and partners.
  • Solid numerical and analytical skills, including the ability to compare finance products, interpret lending criteria, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Familiarity with consumer finance, lending processes, and relevant regulations, with a commitment to ethical and compliant practices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software to manage accounts, track activities, and maintain detailed records.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client cases, meet deadlines, and follow up promptly on applications and approvals.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Milton Keynes, collaborate with colleagues and dealership partners, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
