Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Champion Customer Success (and Keep Them for Life!): Retention isn't just a target for you — it's a mission. You'll work towards and improve customer retention goals, turning one-time clients into lifelong partners.

  • Spot the Opportunities: You've got a knack for seeing where a customer could benefit from more. You'll execute smart upsell and cross-sell strategies, driving product adoption and helping customers unlock even more value.

  • Smash Those Targets: Through proactive outreach and engaging customer programs, you'll exceed your aftersales revenue targets — because when our customers win, we all win.

  • Keep Score: You'll track and report on the metrics that matter: customer contact, renewals, and add-on revenue — giving you (and us) a clear picture of what's working and where the next opportunity lies.

  • Be the Problem-Solver: When a customer hits a bump in the road, you'll be right there — helping resolve challenges, removing barriers to growth, and bringing in the right people or departments to get things sorted fast.

  • Play Well with Others: You'll work closely with our marketing, presales, success, and support teams to make sure every customer's journey feels seamless from start to finish.

What to Expect from This Role

Our customers are as diverse as they come — and no two days will look the same. You'll be expected to:

  • Get to know your customers inside and out — their goals, their pain points, what success looks like for them
  • Develop tactics and recommend the right products or services to help them get there
  • Provide guidance that genuinely makes a difference
  • Use your top-notch communication skills to influence and inspire — both with clients and with key stakeholders across our business

Life at EventsAir

Work should feel good — and here, it does. Across our hybrid offices in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the US, our people bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine love of teamwork to everything they do. We're a bit of a mixed bag in the best way — different backgrounds, different skills, all pulling in the same direction.

We back that up with flexible schedules, real career development, wellness support, and team events that are actually fun (not just "mandatory fun"). Life outside of work matters to us just as much as what happens in it.

We get to do meaningful work in the events industry surrounded by people who genuinely enjoy what they do and who they do it with. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to meet you.
