About the Role
As part of our growing Sales & Partnerships team, we're looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of our existing brand partners. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll take day-to-day responsibility for a defined set of partner relationships, targeted on gross sales generated through your portfolio. You'll combine strong relationship management with commercial acumen, delivering promotional campaigns and continuously improving performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day relationship for a defined portfolio of partners, keeping them engaged, well informed, and set up for repeat campaigns
- Apply our commercial framework consistently on every account. Clear exposure commitments, volume floors, ROI tracking, and reviews after each campaign
- Lead introduction calls with new prospects, working closely with the sales team to convert warm leads into new partnerships
- Negotiate terms of partnerships and offers
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) accurate and up to date, feeding reliable data into wider pipeline and forecasting reporting
- Spot accounts that are outgrowing their current tier and flag them for a bigger conversation
- Use a fact-find-first approach in every partner conversation, understanding their planning cycles and goals
- Support wider partnership marketing activity, including partner newsletters, sample follow-ups, and case studies, to keep grüum front of mind
- Support the wider Sales team to identify new opportunities and prospects for future partnerships
- Feed insight from your accounts into product and campaign planning, working with our Production and Marketing teams

Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable success in a targeted, performance-based account or relationship management role, ideally 2+ years
- A confident communicator and natural relationship builder, comfortable face-to-face, on the phone, or over email
- A capable negotiator with strong commercial awareness, comfortable using data to make a case for change
- Experience planning, managing, and analyzing campaigns
- Comfortable using a CRM system day-to-day
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and resilient
- Energetic, entrepreneurial, and a natural problem solver
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company is a strong advantage
