You’ll sit at the heart of the accounts, bringing clients, Strategists and specialist delivery teams together. You’ll manage a varied mix of digital campaigns and projects across SEO, PPC, social and more, with plenty of opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to account growth.

What you’ll be doing

As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of your accounts. You’ll turn strategies into clear plans, coordinate specialists and make sure work is delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

  • You’ll become a trusted point of contact for your clients.
  • You’ll lead meetings, manage actions, keep people informed and make sure clients always know what’s happening and what comes next.
  • No two days will be quite the same. You could be managing an ongoing SEO or PPC campaign one day, coordinating a website build the next, then supporting a proposal or pitch.
  • You’ll work closely with Strategists and specialist teams, bringing the right people together to deliver great work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
