The Client Growth Manager at DTS is responsible for retaining, identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the range of DTS products and solutions within existing client accounts. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and working collaboratively with internal teams to drive cross-selling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organisations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of DTS.
  • Conduct regular meetings and touchpoints to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyse client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional DTS products and solutions.
  • Develop tailored strategies to introduce new products to existing clients, aligning with their business goals and needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and business cases to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the new offerings.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring a seamless transition and implementation of new products.
  • Work closely with the Client Success Team to gain insights into client satisfaction and dynamics.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to provide clients with detailed product knowledge and technical expertise during the sales process.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial contact through to closure.
  • Use CRM tools to document client interactions, manage sales activities, and monitor progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform growth strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client growth, sales activities, and revenue generation.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Consultative Account management experience, preferably within the technology sector
  • Insurance industry knowledge, advantageous
  • Proven track record of success in retaining, upselling and cross selling client accounts
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving (and exceeding) sales targets
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience mapping client accounts, markets and building tangible but stretch client growth plans
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
  • Ability to travel to client sites as & when required
