The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager (TV / Digital) to join a fast-growing creative studio working across advertising, television, branded entertainment, and content production.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a traditional advertising, TV, production, or creative agency background who is confident managing major client relationships, while also bringing a strong understanding and enthusiasm for digital platforms, particularly YouTube. Equally, it could suit someone from a leading social publisher or digital content business who understands how the wider advertising and entertainment industry is evolving.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients across campaigns, branded entertainment, and content projects.
- Act as the main point of contact throughout projects, ensuring briefs, timelines, and expectations are clearly managed.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-quality work.
- Help translate client briefs into clear internal direction and commercially strong creative opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
- Oversee projects from initial brief and pitch through to production and final delivery.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project scope across multiple workstreams.
- Support pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities.
- Bring a strong understanding of digital content, YouTube, and emerging audience behaviors alongside traditional advertising knowledge.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
