At ONNEC, we're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing Sales team and support the management of some of the world's leading data centre and hyperscale technology clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in strategic account management, working alongside experienced Account Directors to support and grow relationships with Tier 1 global customers across the data centre and digital infrastructure sector.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Account Director in managing and developing strategic relationships with Tier 1 hyperscale and data centre customers.
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders, becoming a trusted and responsive point of contact.
- Help retain and grow existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities across ONNEC's service portfolio.
- Support the expansion of customer relationships into new services, locations, and geographies.
- Work closely with internal delivery, operations, and commercial teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Assist in preparing customer reviews, account plans, growth strategies, and commercial proposals.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer priorities, market trends, and business challenges to identify consultative solutions.
- Maintain accurate account records, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within CRM systems.
- Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, and ongoing customer engagement activities.
- Contribute to achieving account growth, revenue retention, and customer satisfaction objectives.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, Inside Sales, Sales Support, Commercial, or Client Relationship role.
- A genuine interest in building long-term customer relationships and developing a career in strategic account management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage professionally with customers.
- Commercial awareness and an ability to identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen customer relationships.
- An organised approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A consultative mindset with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within technology, data centre, infrastructure, telecommunications, IT services, or a related sector would be advantageous.
- Ambition to learn from experienced sales leaders and progress within a growing international business.
