Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of existing business customers, maximising value and strengthening client relationships.

You will use advanced Excel and CRM tools to analyse customer data, identify trends and opportunities, and create strategic account plans. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through regular, high-quality client engagement and review meetings.
  • Achieve individual revenue and activity targets through upselling, cross-selling, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Leverage tools (Dynamics, Tekton Billing platform and Network platforms) to maintain accurate records, track opportunities, and generate performance reports.
  • Analyse account data in Excel to identify sales trends, customer needs, and opportunities for value-added solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and support.

  • Ensure clients have a clear understanding of the full product portfolio and pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, Technical Support) to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and present insightful sales reports and account performance metrics to senior management.
  • Attend monthly national and regional meetings to report on account performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Yellowcom’s values, standards, and commitment to customer success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
