The Opportunity
- Manage and develop a portfolio of hospitality customer accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Drive customer retention through proactive account management
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings
- Monitor account performance, analyse trends and provide insights
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
- Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively
- Support pricing reviews and ensure commercial viability
What We're Looking For
- Experience in account management, sales or customer service
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, customer-first approach
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and working with data
- A positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Driving licence essential
