About the Role
This is a customer-facing Account Manager role at a fast-growing AI voice and communication startup, sitting at the intersection of customer success and expansion sales. You will own a portfolio of existing SMB and mid-market accounts, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and long-term growth while hitting clear revenue targets. Your work directly shapes retention and expansion for a product that is redefining how businesses handle phone communication.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customer accounts as their primary point of contact across the full lifecycle.
- Run regular reviews, discovery sessions, and upsell conversations to surface new automation use cases and measurable impact.
- Own expansion revenue targets including upgrades, add-ons, and renewals, with accountability to monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Analyse customer usage patterns and proactively present growth opportunities and new product value.
- Ensure successful onboarding, strong product adoption, and sustained customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clean CRM records, conduct structured account planning, and deliver reliable revenue forecasts.
- Gather and relay market feedback in a structured way to Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handovers and a healthy pipeline.

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
- Demonstrated track record executing upsells, renewals, and expansion revenue within existing customer bases.
- Experience conducting customer business reviews, discovery calls, and product demonstrations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
- Ability to analyse customer usage data and identify expansion opportunities and additional use cases.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a strong understanding of AI capabilities and applications.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Native-level English proficiency with confidence running calls, reviews, and presentations.
- Familiarity with voice technology, conversational AI, or automation platforms is a plus.
- Structured, detail-oriented working style with a clear ownership mindset and customer-first approach.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 65,000 to 95,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
