A smart and meaningful choice

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships and developing new business opportunities? Do you thrive in an international environment and want to be part of a leading international forest products company?

Then you could be the Account Manager we are looking for.

Your next workplace

Holmen is a Swedish forest company with more than 3,500 employees. We create climate-smart products from responsibly managed Swedish forests and deliver them to customers around the world.

Holmen Wood Products is one of Holmen's business areas and a leading supplier of timber products to customers across Europe and beyond. Through responsible forestry, innovative production and long-term customer partnerships, we help build a more sustainable future.

Holmen Wood Products has been serving the UK market for more than 150 years and is recognised as one of the UK's most respected timber suppliers. Working with wood products means working with a versatile and climate-smart construction material, sourced from responsibly managed Swedish forests that capture carbon throughout their lifecycle.

The position is based in Great Shelford, Cambridge. Travel within the UK and internationally is a natural part of the role, including regular visits to customers.

Your future challenge

As Account Manager, you will take full responsibility for a portfolio of customer accounts and play a key role in developing Holmen's business in the UK market. The role combines account management, sales development and commercial responsibility, working closely with customers, colleagues and production teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
