Your role as an Account Manager
Your aim as an Account Manager is to be responsible for the end-to-end management of independent accounts within the north of the UK (approximately everything from Birmingham and above). Additionally, you will be responsible for the training of national retailers (John Lewis and Mamas & Papas) within your region. This role involves significant travel throughout the north of the UK.
You will be part of the UK & Ireland Sales team (8 people) and report to the Sales Director UK & Ireland.
What will you do?
- Drive sales on the Bugaboo range within independent accounts to meet agreed KPIs;
- Day to day sales and relationship management but also supporting the finance, logistics and marketing teams as needed for these accounts;
- This is a very hands-on role, and you will become a product and industry expert delivering training and product demonstration to independent accounts and national retailers as needed;
- Supporting marketing with producing content for use on social media in collaboration with your accounts as needed as well as execution of instore POS/distribution of sales materials;
- Manage a visit cycle to ensure all accounts and national retailers are visited as per agreed frequency;
- Responsibility to ensure correct ranging and stock management for retailers both instore and online.

What you will bring to the table
- You have at least 2 years of experience in consumer goods sales, ideally within the premium/luxury sector. We are looking for someone with a tenacious, driven attitude that is always willing to go above and beyond for customers. You should have a competitive nature and be driven by achieving targets and objectives. You are able to use data to make informed decisions and to spot new opportunities. Relationships are key to this role and so you should have excellent people skills and be a strong personality!
- You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
