Account Manager
Major Players are partnering with a reputable, award-winning Employer Brand and People Communications agency to hire an Account Manager to sit within the client services team. You'll manage timelines, develop key client relationships, and coordinate the creative and delivery teams so projects land on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Taking projects from brief to delivery and handling everything in between.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients: answering questions, managing expectations and flagging issues early.
- Working with the in-house film, design, strategy and media teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Building timelines, writing proposals and tracking budgets.

Experience required:
- 2-4 years' account management experience in a creative agency (employer branding or recruitment marketing ideal but not essential)
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and can manage workload and deadlines
- A natural collaborator who enjoys working closely with people
- Clear written communication and confident meeting skills
- Experience managing multi complex projects with lots of moving parts
Hours:
Full time
Salary:
Up to £35,000, depending on experience + Benefits
Office Location:
Central London
Office requirements:
2 days in-office per week
