Distributor Sales Manager
North England & Scotland | £45,000-£55,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced healthcare sales professional with a track record of building successful distributor partnerships?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised manufacturer of life-saving medical equipment, where you'll take ownership of a well-established territory across the North of England and Scotland, working with a network of distribution partners to drive growth and maximise market opportunities.

The Opportunity
As Distributor Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key regional and national distribution partners. Acting as the face of the business across your territory, you'll work closely with distributor sales teams, delivering training, supporting customer engagement activities and driving new business opportunities.
This is a highly visible field-based role where you'll have the autonomy to develop strategic partnerships while making a significant impact on revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare distribution partners
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across the territory
- Conduct joint field visits alongside distributor sales teams
- Lead and support the sales process from opportunity identification through to close
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions
- Support distributors in increasing product awareness and market penetration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise sales performance and customer satisfaction

- Experience managing or selling through distributors
- Experience selling capital equipment (CapEx) products
- Success selling premium or high-value equipment
- Strong commercial, relationship-building and influencing skills
- The ability to engage, motivate and develop distributor sales teams
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to territory management
Location: Ideally based in the North of England, with regular travel across the North and Scotland.

Salary & Benefits
- £45,000-£55,000 basic salary
- Uncapped bonus scheme (OTE £16,000+)
