Location: London(Hammersmith) or Altrincham

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of Dragonpass' most strategic clients, helping them maximise the value of our products while identifying opportunities for long-term growth and partnership expansion.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients, serving as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure clients achieve their objectives, while identifying opportunities to increase engagement, revenue and overall account growth.
  • This role combines relationship management, commercial acumen, problem solving and customer success, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, travel, loyalty and client partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and develop relationships with enterprise clients across multiple regions and markets
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for key client stakeholders
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling and identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Lead regular client meetings, business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Coordinate internal teams to resolve client queries and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Monitor account performance, usage trends and commercial metrics to identify opportunities and risks
  • Prepare and deliver reporting, insights and recommendations to clients
  • Support contract renewals, commercial discussions and business planning activities
  • Forecast and track account performance against revenue and growth objectives
  • Work closely with Product and Technical teams to support client implementations and ongoing enhancements
  • Develop a strong understanding of Dragonpass products, APIs, mobile app capabilities and emerging technologies
  • Support strategic initiatives that strengthen client engagement and long-term partnership success

Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing enterprise B2B accounts within financial services, fintech, payments, loyalty, travel, technology, telecommunications, employee benefits, membership organisations or similar sectors
  • Strong track record of building and growing client relationships
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across large organisations
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop revenue opportunities
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Experience managing contractual, operational and service-related discussions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Experience working with technology-led products, platforms, APIs or digital solutions
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills would be beneficial
