Account Manager

Interim
Minimum 12-Month Contract | Account Team

Must have 1/2 years experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager or similar role within a creative design or advertising agency.

About Us

We've spent years making the world's biggest releases impossible to ignore. Universal. Warner Bros. Discovery. Disney. Lionsgate. Superman, Wicked, Dune. The ones you queued for.

Now we do it for both sides of the show. Studios and production companies get the key art, AV and campaigns that turn titles into events. Brands get the thing money supposedly can't buy: a way in. The approvals. The clearances. The title marketing nobody else will explain to you. We speak both languages fluently — and honestly, almost nobody else does. We've evolved and are super excited about the future transformation plans for Suparama Studios.

"Two audiences. One agency. Zero silos"

The Role

You'll work as part of our small account team, managing creative projects from briefing through to delivery. Acting as the link between clients, creatives and production partners, you'll keep projects organised, commercially sound and creatively ambitious.

From entertainment launches and publishing campaigns to photography shoots, social content and large-scale OOH campaigns, no two weeks are the same. Depending on the role, you'll either work across a range of agency clients or sit within one of our key client teams.

We're currently growing our account team and looking for more than one Interim Account Manager to join us for a minimum of 12 months. It's a great opportunity to embed yourself in a fast-paced, creatively driven agency, work across a brilliant mix of high-profile briefs, and make a real impact from day one — all while gaining broad experience across our client portfolio.

Whilst this is a maternity cover role, if our plans of transformation are achieved, this may then convert into a permanent role.

Typical Projects

  • Integrated campaign management
  • Entertainment and publishing launches
  • Key art development
  • Photography and video production
  • Outdoor advertising
  • Digital and social campaigns
  • Motion graphics
  • Experiential branding
  • Creative toolkits
  • Asset localisation and adaptation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
