Account Manager – Borough Green – Market Leading Company
We are currently recruiting a Account Manager position to add to our team at Harbourne Associates and looking for people with the right skills and characteristics who can help us grow. We do NOT need industry experience, we will provide full training and look for people who can build relationships, proactive and want to double their basic salary.
Role:
- Speak to candidates, build relationships and discuss new opportunities with them
- Arrange interviews, coordinate diaries, and support hiring manager candidate selling calls
- Plan and execute; job advertisements, searches, campaigns, and candidate data gathering
- Prepare candidates for interviews, build hiring excitement and maintain regular communication throughout
- Develop solid rapport with candidates across the process
- Deliver a structured candidate control process, and provide justifiable business reasoning for all necessary stages during client interview stages
- Consultative and discreetly selling companies, culture, role specifics and benefits

- Someone who enjoys speaking with people, good phone manner and outgoing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Computer illiterate
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork

Package:
- Basic salary – negotiable for the right person
- Uncapped Commission Structure (great chance to double your basic salary)
