Job Title: Account Manager

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + OTE

Location: Wigan, hybrid working

The Role

  • £30,000 - £35,000 base salary + strong OTE

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a role where you’ll learn fast, take ownership early and develop the confidence to make a real commercial impact. You’ll support businesses in understanding how smarter, more secure IT and network solutions can improve their operations and future growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience straight away, guided by technical experts and senior sales mentors.

Responsibilities

  • Speaking with prospective customers to uncover their IT, connectivity and security challenges
  • Working with technical specialists to shape tailored solutions that genuinely help clients
  • Building relationships, presenting recommendations and supporting the full sales process
  • Working to clear, achievable sales targets and celebrating your success along the way
  • Developing commercial awareness, communication skills and strategic thinking

About You

You don’t need IT knowledge or previous sales experience just the right mindset.

  • Confident speaking to people and naturally build strong rapport
  • Motivated by goals, achievement and personal development
  • Eager to learn, open to coaching and comfortable trying new things
  • Someone who enjoys being part of an energetic, collaborative team
  • Looking for a clear pathway into tech sales with long-term progression
