About IFGlobal
IFGlobal is a rapidly growing international fulfilment and logistics business, supporting ambitious brands with scalable eCommerce, retail and omnichannel supply chain solutions. With operations across the UK, Europe and US, we’re continuing to grow our international presence and the brands we work with.
As part of that growth, we’re looking for an Account Manager to build strong, long-term relationships with our clients, helping them get the most from their partnership with IFGlobal while identifying opportunities to grow their accounts.
The Role
This is a commercially focused account management role with a clear goal: build strong client partnerships that drive retention, growth and an outstanding client experience.
You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted partner. You’ll develop a strong understanding of their business, objectives and challenges, working closely with teams across IFGlobal to make sure we consistently deliver against their needs.
Alongside managing day-to-day relationships, you’ll take ownership of account performance, identify opportunities for growth and continuously look for ways we can add more value to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted partner and primary point of contact.
- Build strong, long-term relationships that drive client retention, growth and satisfaction.
- Develop account plans aligned with client objectives and IFGlobal’s commercial strategy.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand the services we provide.
- Take ownership of Gross Profit growth, client satisfaction and overall account performance.
- Monitor account performance, forecasts and service levels, using data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues, ensuring challenges are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, sharing feedback and helping us improve our services.
- Continuously look for ways to add value and strengthen our client partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
