Love sport, retail and seeing a big creative idea make its way from campaign thinking to stores across Europe?

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a brilliant global retail team, working on the running category for one of the world’s most iconic sports brands.

This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience who loves keeping projects moving, building strong client relationships and bringing lots of different teams together. You’ll work across global retail campaigns and toolkits, collaborating with strategy, creative, 3D, artwork and production to turn big campaign ideas into work that can roll out across multiple markets.

The projects have real scale, proper creative ambition and enough breathing room to get stuck into the thinking — but when crunch time arrives, you’ll need to be very good at spinning a few plates.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning client relationships – becoming a trusted day-to-day partner and keeping stakeholders confidently in the loop
  • Driving projects forward – managing global retail campaigns and toolkits from brief through to delivery
  • Keeping everything on track – juggling timelines, budgets, priorities and multiple workstreams without losing the detail
  • Bringing teams together – working across strategy, creative, 3D, artwork and production to get brilliant work out of the door
  • Writing clear briefs – making sure internal teams understand what’s needed and why
  • Bringing fresh thinking – sharing relevant market, retail, fashion and sports trends that can help shape the work
  • Working internationally – collaborating with global client teams and travelling within Europe when projects require it

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Agency experience – ideally from a creative, digital or integrated marketing environment
  • Strong organisation – you’re comfortable managing several projects, teams and deadlines at once
  • Great communication – confident with clients and just as good at keeping internal teams aligned
  • Adaptability – you can quickly read different stakeholders and adjust how you work with them
  • Commercial awareness – comfortable tracking budgets and keeping work moving within scope
  • A proactive mindset – you spot problems early, find solutions and don’t need to be chased
  • A genuine interest in sport, fashion or culture – you absolutely don’t need to be a runner, but an enthusiasm for the world you’ll be working in definitely helps
  • No ego – job titles matter less than getting stuck in and helping the team deliver

Why Join?

  • Work globally – help shape retail work for one of the biggest names in sport
  • Get closer to the creative thinking – collaborate with specialists across the agency rather than simply managing the end result
  • See your work out in the real world – campaigns you help create at global level will ultimately be rolled out into stores and markets across Europe
  • Plenty of room to grow – take ownership of your account while developing your career in the direction that interests you
  • Join a genuinely collaborative team – ambitious, supportive and very much of the “everyone gets their hands dirty” mindset
  • European exposure – work closely with international teams and travel within the EU as part of the role

If you’re an agency-side Account Manager who’s organised, curious, good with people and keen to work on globally recognised sports and retail campaigns, this could be a very good move.

Sound like your kind of thing? We’d love to hear from you. 🚀
